Rozdíl náročnosti zdrojů (energie, voda) u konvenčního a robotického dojení
TUREK, Tomáš
This paper focuses on the differences in electricity and water consumption between conventional and robotic milking parlours. Data collection from consumers was carried out using a questionnaire method. The developed questionnaire was sent to farms with cattle milk production. From the data collected from the consumers, graphs and tables were created from which individual electricity and water consumption can be determined.
Vizualizace stájových technologií
PANOCH, Jiří
This diploma thesis deals with creation of visualizations of stables technologies. The~thesis is focused on visualizations of technologies located in milking parlors. In the first section, the reader learns about various technologies that can be found in the milking parlor. These include, for example, technologies for milking, for milk transport, as well as technologies for milk cooling and others. At the end of the first section there is a mention about possibilities of rendering in SolidWorks. The second section of the thesis is devoted to the creation of visualizations of selected technologies. A tandem milking parlor and its technology were chosen for visualization. In the first instance, a 3D model of this milking parlor had to be created. This model was created in SolidWorks CAD. A long part of the thesis is devoted to the creation of this 3D model. At the end of the thesis, the two ways of creation of visualization of the model are described. The outcome of the final section are files with rendered images showing different views of the milking parlor model. The model itself is also part of the outcome. The results of this thesis can be used for needs of scientific publications and for presentations of scientific research projects.
Analysis of dairy milk yields related to changes in livestock breeding environment in ZD Rodvínov
TLACHNOVÁ, Nikola
The aim of this diploma thesis was to analyze milk performance in two centers of Cooperative farm Rodvínov (in Zdešov and in Bednárec) and to find out the level of milk performance in different breeding conditions. The analysis was divided into two parts. Analysis No. 1 was comparing two centers of the farm with different breeding environment in 2012-2015. In Zdešov, the cows were reared in cubicle sheds (capacity 500 cows) and were milked twice a day in 2 x 12 herringbone milking parlor. In Bednárec, dairy cows were reared in an older cubicle shed K96 and K64 (capacity 160 cows), on straw bedding., and grazing during the grazing season and milking twice a day in 2 x 6 tandem parlor. In Bednárec, dairy cows achieved better results in the milk performance, in the fatness of milk, production of fat and protein. A statistically significant difference was confirmed in content ( = 0.001; p 0.001) and fat production ( = 0.05; p < 0.05) in a favor of dairy cows in Bednárec. A statistically significant difference was also confirmed in the milk performance of the same breeding groups reared in the different environment. Analysis No. 2 was monitoring the milk performance of dairy cows in Bednárec between years 2015 to 2018, divided in two periods. Period A - without change of breeding environment and period B - with changes in breeding environment and animal welfare. The first change was the movement of the dairy cows to the year-round pasture run. The second change was the commissioning of the new 2 x 12 side by side milking parlor and final movement to a new modern large-capacity stable (capacity 312 cows). There was no significant difference in the average milk performance of dairy cows depending on the change of breeding environment. During the changes, there was a statistically significant extension of the between calving period and the extension of the 1st calving age. Effect of stress caused by the environment and wellfare changes wasn't statistically significant for the level of milk performance of dairy cows. For the level of milk performance was more important the quality level of breeding management, finding cows in heat and insemination during the period of changes.
Evaluation of proposed investment feasibility in animal production.
JENŠÍ, Lukáš
The thesis is focused on the design of the milking robot in a company with herringbone milking parlors and a 220ks cows. The theoretical part describes the milking robots and selecting the most suitable. Custom work includes comparing herringbone milking parlors and milking robot and further economic evaluation and investment evaluation. The essay is based on data from the farm and the data sent from the producers milking robots.
The conceptual design milking parlor using nanotechnology.
KLÍMA, Josef
This thesis follow up research and camparison of commonly used chemicals for disinfection of milking device and alectrochemically adapted water. Research was conducted on two same milking parlor, where one was used chemicals and in the second abeyance periodically reducting the amount of chemicals and electrochemically treated water. The results were compared from patterns of milk. The quantities of chemical subserviences been reduced to 250 grams (41,6%) of the original 600 grams recommended by the manufacturer. This reduction in cost reductions brought to one liter of milk by 0,71 CZK.
Application of the technology components of milking robots on milking parlors.
HRŮŠA, Jan
Thesis deals with application of the technology components of milking robots on milking parlors. The theoretical part includes a technical description of the chosen components and the process of milking by the selected milking robot. The practical part includes acomparing available milking robots in the domestic market.
Monitoring of noise nuisance in the house for livestock breeding cows.
SVOBODA, Richard
This thesis with theme "Monitoring of noise nuisance in the house for livestock breeding cows'' is designed to evaluate the noise pollution of animals, noise pollution of service of milking equipment and noise pollution which acts on surroundings of barn and milking parlor. Results are compiled in tables and graphs and equivalent noise level is determined by a formula . Equivalent noise level is compared with the legislative and hygiene standards. In case of exceeding the standards are designed solutions
